About JT
J.T. is a lifelong Minnesota native based in the Twin Cities. He joined his uncle in the real estate business and together they make up The Nevers Group, nearing 25 years of real estate service and experience. They strive to exceed client expectations at every stage of the transaction. 

When you work with J.T. you will get far more than the run of the mill agent. Working with people his entire life has taught him that no two clients are the same. He prioritizes getting to know you and learning what your goals are, and it is his mission to make the experience personal and positive for everyone involved. “The process of buying and selling can be a serious headache, and that’s what I'm here for- to alleviate the stress of it all by being the one you can trust and count on every step of the way”. He takes tremendous pride in the fact that every client of his has become a friend. 

When J.T. isn’t working you can find him cheering on any of our home teams, but especially the Minnesota Vikings… just don’t ask him about his experiences behind the goal posts of Blair Walsh’s wide-left field goal kick or the time he drove 26 hours to Philadelphia to watch the Vikings take on the Eagles in the NFC championship game. You’ll also find him every summer at the Lakefront Music Festival. If you ask him, music and sunshine just go together. Above all, J.T. enjoys spending time with his friends and family.
